Evergreen is a highly-scalable software solution designed to help library patrons find library materials, as well as assist libraries in managing, cataloging, and circulating those materials. Initially launched in September 2006 in Georgia's PINES consortium, Evergreen has since grown to power over 544 libraries of various types, including public, academic, special, school, tribal and home libraries in more than a dozen countries. Evergreen is supported by an active community that contributes to its coding, documentation, and development.
